SQUAD MOMS (OR DADS)
Help is always welcome! Please see the coaches or any BHCBC member to find out how you can volunteer. Some areas are in fundraising, pot pie dinners, taking photos, representing a squad at meetings, etc.
The money received from this group fundraiser pays for the cost of competition registration fees and banquet awards. If a cheerleader wishes to get another sponsor to pay for the entire cost of the t-shirts for their squad, this is in addition to their required sponsor ad. Therefore the cheerleader would turn in two ads (one for $35 and one for the cost of the squad’s t-shirts). The club and coaches have calculated how much each cheerleader needs to help group fundraise to cover the costs needed for the current season. Please see the Sponsor Ad Form link for paperwork. Listing of sponsors can be found under the Sponsor tab.
POT PIE SUPPER
The money received from this group fundraiser pays for the cost of competition fees, banquet awards, and other cheerleading needs as requested by the coach. Each cheerleader shall sell 10 tickets or PAY THE $35 BUYOUT FEE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. If the cheerleader chooses to sell the 10 tickets, but fails to sell all 10 tickets at the time of the supper, the remainder of the ticket cost is still required to be turned. Again, the club and coaches have calculated how much each cheerleader needs to help fundraise to cover the costs needed for the current season.
INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISERS
All other fundraisers offered (not including the two required group fundraisers above) are optional. They are offered so you can help raise money for your cheerleader’s individual acct to cover clothing, camp, gymnastic costs.
CLOTHING
See your squads clothing order form. Clothing is required for camp, practices and games/ competitions. MS and HS have uniforms provided by the school. Youth and Tiny Tots uniform purchase information is included on the clothing order form.
